June 28th, 2014 - Whitener Manages Fourth Place Finish at GIS
Mark Whitener resumed competition with the United Dirt Late Model Challenge Series (UDLMCS) on Saturday night at Golden Isles Speedway (Brunswick, Georgia).

The $3,000-to-win UDLMCS program drew a field of fifteen entries to the clay oval, and via his qualifying efforts Mark earned the third starting spot for the second heat race. He went on to finish third in the heat, locking him into the sixth starting spot for the 50 lap finale. In the feature Whitener advanced to a fourth place finish behind race winner, Austin Kirkpatrick, Jason Fitgerald, and Bo Allen.

June 21st, 2014 - Mother Nature Claims Feature Event at Waycross
The team traveled to Waycross Motor Speedway (Waycross, Georgia) on Saturday evening for a Southern Thunder Late Model Series event.

Whitener locked into the ninth starting spot on the feature grid via qualifications. Unfortunately, Mother Nature would claim the victory before the green flag waved on the main event.

June 7th, 2014 - Whitener Scores 19th Annual Powell Memorial Victory
Mark Whitener and the Big Frog Motorsports team were back in action on Saturday night as the United Dirt Late Model Challenge Series (UDLMCS) invaded Volusia Speedway Park (Barberville, Florida).

Twenty-nine Super Late Model registered for the $5,000-to-win program at the 1/2 mile oval, and via time trials Mark started second in his heat race. After a brief rain delay, he raced to the win in his heat and later finished third in the dash, earning him a spot in the evenings redraw. Whitener drew the fifth starting spot on the grid for the 67 lap finale, in honor of the Powell family. In the feature Mark had worked his way up to third as the race neared the halfway point. He took the lead on lap 60 of the affair and held on for the victory over Keith Nosbisch, Ivedent Lloyd, Stanton Mills, and Bo Allen.
