August 15th, 2015 - Mark Whitener Visits Needmore Speedway
1On Saturday night the Big Frog Motorsports team traveled to Needmore Speedway (Norman Park, Georgia) for the Southern Thunder Late Model Series event. Drawing a crowd of 15 Super Late Models, Mark Whitener logged a top ten finish in the feature. Battling for a $3,000 payday, Mark scored a 6th place finish in the 40-lapper.

August 8th, 2015 - Mark Whitener Wins at All-Tech Raceway
1Mark Whitener and the Big Frog Motorsports team made the trip to Bubba Raceway Park (Ocala, Florida) on Friday night competing in the Super Late Model Division. After waiting around for the rain to come to an end, it was decided to pack up and prepare for Saturday.

Heading to All-Tech Raceway (Lake City, Florida), Mark looked to bring home his 6th victory of the season on the grand opening of the track. With 14 Super Late Models signed in, Whitener scored a 3rd place finish in his heat. Battling for 20-laps in the feature, Mark cruised to his sixth victory of the season with Jimmy Sharpe Jr., Tyler Crowder, Russell Brown, and Jake Perkins completing the top five.

August 1st, 2015 - Whitener Caps Off Busy Weekend at Cherokee Speedway
1On Monday night Mark Whitener and the Big Frog Motorsports team visited Modoc Raceway (Modoc, South Carolina) for another round of action in the Schaeffer Oil Southern Nationals Series. In a field of 20 Super Late Models, Whitener transferred into the feature event with a 7th row starting spot. Battling for a $3,500 payday, Mark logged a 14th place finish in the 35-lapper.

Thursday night brought 25 entries to Tri-County Racetrack (Brasstown, North Carolina) for another $3,500 to win feature in the Southern Nationals Series. Whitener landed a 7th place finish in the caution filled feature.

The following night the Big Frog Motorsports team headed to Smoky Mountain Speedway (Maryville, Tennessee) for the $5,300 to win Southern National Series Event. Transferring the top 22 cars out of 25 into the feature event, Whitener fell back in the feature event. With 53 laps set on the scoreboard, Whitener recorded a 19th place finish in the A-Main.

1Wrapping up the busy week, Mark traveled to Cherokee Speedway (Gaffney, South Carolina) for the Southern All Stars sanctioned Stick Elliott Memorial. With 13 Super Late Models battling for the $5,022 payday in the 50-lap A-Main, Whitener logged a 13th place finish.
