April 28, 2018 - Big Frog Motorsports Visits TST for NASCAR Weekend
1On Friday night the Big Frog Motorsports team invaded Talladega Short Track (Eastaboga, Alabama) with both Tyler Clem and Donald McIntosh competing. In a stout field of 50 NeSmith Chevrolet Dirt Late Model entries, Clem timed in ninth fastest in his qualifying group transferring him into the B-Main for another shot at the opening night feature. Sending the Top-3 into the show, Tyler streaked to a 10-lap consolation victory locking his spot into the $2,000-to-win A-Main. Rolling off 13th, Tyler improved five spots to place 8th.

The following night for the $2,500 top prize, Clem logged the 14th fastest qualifying time sending him into the B-Main. Needing to place in the Top-3, Tyler came two spots short with a 5th place outing.

1During the same night in a field of 40 Southern All Star Series competitors, Donald McIntosh posted a 9th place outing in the 40-lap affair.

April 14, 2018 - McIntosh Wins in Big Frog Debut at Tri-County Racetrack
1 Thursday night saw Donald McIntosh make his first start of the season behind the wheel of the Big Frog Motorsports #58 Super Late Model entry at Tri-County Racetrack (Brasstown, North Carolina). Earning the 2nd-starting position for the A-Main via preliminary events, McIntosh overtook the leader on the second lap and held the top spot for the remaining 28 circuits to capture his first win of the season and a $1,500 payday. Shaw Chastain, Jamie Oliver, Kurt English, and Cody King completed the Top-5 finishers in the 30-lap affair.

1Friday night found the team at the “Bad Fast Taz” as they looked to tame the legendary Tazewell Speedway (Tazewell, Tennessee). With 30 entries in action for the Schaeffer’s Oil Spring Nationals event, McIntosh earned the seventh-starting spot for the feature via preliminary action.

Donald patiently worked his way through the field and would challenge Dakotah Knuckles for the lead late in the event, before ultimately settling into a runner-up finish in the $5,000-to-win affair. Billy Ogle Jr., Shanon Buckingham, and Eric Wells rounded out the Top 5.

The tripleheader weekend drew to a close on Saturday night with the annual Scott Sexton Memorial at Volunteer Speedway (Bulls Gap, Tennessee). The $10,052-to-win program brought a talent-laden field of 26 entries to the 4/10-mile, clay oval.
McIntosh won his heat race to earn the outside-front-row starting spot for the 52-lap event. He paced the field for the first 44 laps before Dale McDowell was able to slip past on a restart. The Big Frog Motorsports #58 went on to finish second behind McDowell. Jimmy Owens, Casey Roberts and Cory Hedgecock completed the Top-5 finishers.

April 10, 2018 - Big Frog Motorsports Adds Donald McIntosh to Driver Roster
1Big Frog Motorsports owner Augie Burttram is pleased to announce that he’s added Dawsonville, Georgia’s Donald McIntosh to his driver roster for the 2018 season.

The talented 25-year-old ace will make his debut this weekend – April 12-14 - in the M&W Transport #58 Rocket XR1 Super Late Model as the team competes in a trio of events in North Carolina and Tennessee. <<MORE>>
