August 10, 2019 - English Scores 12th Place Finish in Governor's Cup at TST
1On Saturday night Big Frog Motorsports headed to Talladega Short Track (Eastaboga, Alabama) with both Tanner English and Tyler Clem in action for the second annual Governor’s Cup. In a field of 39 Southern All Star Series entries, Tanner secured his spot into the $10,000-to-win A-Main with a 3rd place finish in his heat while Tyler came in 9th. Needing a 3rd place finish or better in his B-Main to make the main event, Clem logged an 8th place outing. Starting the 60-lap main event in 10th, Tanner English dropped two spots in the 60-lap affair to place 12th.

July 27, 2019 - English and Clem Record a Pair of Top 10 Finishes at Crossville
1Returning with the Schaeffer’s Southern Nationals, Tanner English and Tyler Clem was one of 22 cars registered in for action at Tri-County Racetrack (Brasstown, North Carolina) on Tuesday evening. Tanner posted the second fastest lap in his group behind Jake Knowles while Clem came in eighth quickest. Dropping one spot in the opening night feature, English notched a 5th place finish behind Jake Knowles, Kenny Collins, Michael Chilton, and Casey Roberts. Tyler improved four spots in the 35-lapper to place 11th.

After a scheduled off day on Wednesday, Big Frog Motorsports headed to Crossville Speedway (Crossville, Tennessee) on Thursday for another $3,500-to-win A-Main. In a field of 18 cars, English recorded the fourth fastest time while Clem logged the seventh quickest in his group. Passing three cars in the feature, Tanner reeled in a 4th place finish behind Brandon Overton, Jason Jameson, and Michael Chilton with Jake Knowles coming in 5th. For the tenth round on Saturday night at 411 Motor Speedway (Seymour, Tennessee), Tanner scored a 3rd place finish in his heat while Tyler grabbed the 4th and final transfer spot. With $10,000 on the line in the feature, Clem dropped one spot to place 17th while English improved one spot in the 53-lapper notching a 10th place finish.

Wrapping up the Schaeffer’s Southern Nationals on Saturday, Tanner and Tyler headed to Tazewell Speedway (Tazewell, Tennessee) for the $10,053-to-win finale. English followed up the ninth fastest time in his group with the 4th and final transfer spot in his heat. Clem scored a 4th place finish in his heat which positioned him 16th on the starting grid for the show. Tanner English gained one spot in the 53-lap affair to place 12th while Tyler jumped up one position registering a 15th place outing.

July 21, 2019 - Motor Trouble Cuts English's Night Short at Screven
1On Tuesday night Tanner English and the Big Frog Motorsports team followed the Schaeffer’s Southern Nationals to Smoky Mountain Speedway (Maryville, Tennessee) for the $3,500 top prize. After showing up late due to mechanical issues in the toter, English made contact with the wall in time trials that transferred him into the B-Main. After scratching from his consolation event, Tanner passed five cars in the 35-lap feature to place 9th.

After Mother Nature wiped out Thursday and Friday’s event, Big Frog Motorsports returned with the Southern Nationals on Saturday at Screven Motor Speedway (Sylvania, Georgia). In a field of 25 cars, Tanner secured his spot into the show with a heat race victory while Clem posted a 4th place finish. On Sunday afternoon at Rome Speedway (Rome, Georgia), Tyler edged his way into the finale with a 3rd place finish in his heat while English trailed him to place 4th. Coming one spot shy of a Top-10 finish, Tanner improved four spots to place 11th. Tyler Clem dropped two spots in the 53-lap affair logging a 15th place outing.

July 14, 2019 - English Bags Top 5 Finish in Southern Nationals Opener
1Saturday night saw Big Frog Motorsports kicking off the Schaeffer’s Southern Nationals at Wythe Raceway (Rural Retreat, Virginia) with both Tanner English and Tyler Clem in action. With 30 cars registered in for action, English timed in fifth fastest in his group before placing 4th in his heat. Clem locked his spot into the opening night feature with a 4th place finish in his heat but motor issues prevented him from making it out. Tanner passed ten cars in the 53-lapper reeling in a 5th place finish behind Brandon Overton, Dale McDowell, Kyle Hardy, and Donald McIntosh.

May 29, 2019 - Tanner English Tabbed as Big Frog Motorsports Full-Time Driver
Ocala, Florida (05/29/19) – Florida-based, Big Frog Motorsports is pleased to announce that Tanner English has been hired as the full-time driver of the team’s M&W Transport No. 58 Dave’s Towing/ XR1 Rocket Chassis/ Clements Racing Engine Super Late Model.

“We decided back in April to run a few races together to see if it would be a good fit for both of us. Seven races later, and we are both pleased about where we are at, so Tanner [English], and I have agreed to make him the full-time driver for our team,” Big Frog Motorsports owner, Augie Burttram commented. “We’ve taken Tanner to several places new to him in the past month, and he’s shown a ton of potential. May 27, 2019 - Podium Finish at Rome Speedway, English Finishes 3rd in Spring Nationals Point Standings
1Saturday night saw Tanner English and the Big Frog Motorsports team follow the Schaeffer’s Spring Nationals Series to Dixie Speedway (Woodstock, Georgia) kicking off the Memorial Day weekend. In a field of 28 cars, Tanner edged his way into the opening night feature with a 5th place finish in his heat. Starting the feature in 19th, English got involved in two separate tangles that relegated him to a 21st place outing.

On Sunday afternoon at Rome Speedway (Rome, Georgia), English secured his spot into the $5,000-to-win A-Main with the seventh fastest lap in time trials. Starting in 7th, Tanner gained four spots in the 50-lapper to place 3rd behind Donald McIntosh and Casey Roberts with Dale McDowell and Ricky Weiss completing the Top-5 finishers. Wrapping up the Schaeffer’s Spring Nationals Series season, Tanner headed to 411 Motor Speedway (Seymour, Tennessee) on Monday night for the Scott Sexton Memorial. Recording a 2nd place finish in his heat, English earned the 5th-starting position for the $10,052-to-win finale. Bringing out a caution on lap-11, Tanner English was an early retiree from the 52-lapper after suffering a broken right-front shock.

May 18, 2019 - Tanner English Bags a Pair of 4th Place Finishes With Spring Nationals
1Tanner English kicked off the three-day weekend with the Schaeffer’s Spring Nationals Series on Thursday evening at Tri-County Racetrack (Brasstown, North Carolina) for the $4,000 top prize. Following the fourth fastest time in his qualifying group, English held his spot for all 40-laps of the feature to place 8th.

The following night at Crossville Speedway (Crossville, Tennessee), English recorded the fourth fastest time overall positioning him 4th on the starting grid for the A-Main. Wrapping up the three-day weekend on Sunday, English was one of 20 cars signed in at Thunderhill Raceway (Summertown, Tennessee) for the $10,000 top prize. Coming in 3rd in his heat, Tanner earned the 6th-starting position for the finale. Breaking into the Top-5, Tanner English jumped up two spots reeling in a 4th place finish behind Ross Bailes, Dale McDowell, and Eric Hickerson with Dane Dacus rounding out the Top-5.

May 3, 2019 - English Makes Big Frog Debut at Cherokee Speedway
1On Friday night the Big Frog Motorsports team and Tanner English invaded Cherokee Speedway (Gaffney, South Carolina) for the World of Outlaws Morton Buildings Late Model Series sanctioned opener. In a field of 37 cars, English gained one spot in his heat race to place 9th. Needing a 3rd place finish or better in his B-Main to make the opening night feature, Tanner passed four cars reeling in a 5th place finish but fell short of a transfer position.

April 11, 2019 - Tanner English to Drive for Big Frog Motorsports April 19-20
Florida-based, Big Frog Motorsports has been busy the past few weeks, spending time to thoroughly freshen their equipment. “I began talking about possibilities with Tanner a month or so ago after his deal with Randy Weaver Racing dissolved. “We both thought it would be a good fit to have him drive our team’s car, but we just couldn’t find dates that worked for both of us,” Big Frog Motorsports owner, Augie Burttram said. “We recently talked again, and decided to give this deal a shot, so he’ll be piloting our car in the Schaeffer’s Oil Spring Nationals races on April 19-20.

“We’re going to reevaluate after that first weekend, and see how it works out for both of us and what we can do together to be successful. Tanner is a super-talented driver, and I’m excited to have him behind the wheel of our team’s car.”

English is the two-time defending Schaeffer’s Oil Mid America Racing Series (MARS) Super Late Model Champion. His career has been on a rapid, uphill trajectory over the past few seasons. The opportunity with Big Frog Motorsports is something that he’s excited to explore.

“Augie [Burttram] and I decided to take this deal on a race-to-race basis and see if it’s a good fit for both of us,” the 25-year-old racer commented. “Big Frog Motorsports has top-notch equipment, and I’m grateful for this opportunity. I’ve got some races already committed in my personal car and a couple of other rides for the remainder of this year, but I’d love to race with Big Frog Motorsports, whenever makes sense for both of us. Hopefully, we can gel and enjoy success together.”

English will make his debut in the Big Frog Motorsports No. 58 on April 19-20 in Schaeffer’s Oil Spring Nationals competition in Georgia. The weekend opens on Friday night at Blue Ridge Motorsports Park (Blue Ridge, Georgia) with a $4,000-to-win race before shifting to Toccoa Raceway (Toccoa, Georgia) on Saturday night for a $10,000-to-win affair.

April 6, 2019 - Clem Attends Donnie Tanner Memorial at East Bay

March 29, 2019 - Lloyd Jr. Caught in Wreck at Talladega Short Track
1Ivedent Lloyd Jr. was one of 29 Schaeffer’s Spring Nationals series entries signed in at Talladega Short Track (Eastaboga, Alabama) on Friday night for the $4,000-to-win A-Main. Laying down the second fastest time in his qualifying group behind Donald McIntosh, Ivedent earned the 3rd-starting position for the opening night feature. Running into trouble near the halfway point, Lloyd Jr. got collected in a wreck on lap-29 that prevented him from finishing. He was credited with a 15th place outing.

March 23, 2019 - 6th Place Finish with Spring Nationals at Cochran
1Friday night found the Big Frog Motorsports in action at Oglethorpe Speedway Park (Savannah, Georgia) with Ivedent Lloyd Jr. powering the #58 Super Late Model entry for the Spring Nationals series season-opener. With 18 cars on hand, Lloyd Jr. locked his spot into the opening night feature with the second fastest time in his qualifying group behind Casey Roberts. With $4,000 on the line, Ivedent dropped five spots in the 40-lapper to place 8th.

The following night at Cochran Motor Speedway (Cochran, Georgia), Ivedent recorded a 4th place finish in his heat race positioning him 14th on the starting grid for the $10,000-to-win finale. March 2, 2019 - Clem Bags Top 5 Finish in Winternationals Opener at BRP
On Friday night Tyler Clem hopped behind the wheel of the Big Frog Motorsports #58 Crate Late Model for the Bubba Army Winternationals at Bubba Raceway Park (Ocala, Florida). In a field of 26 Durrence Layne Winter Shootout Series entries, Tyler recorded the ninth fastest time in qualifying before streaking to a 10-lap consolation victory. Earning the 9th-starting position for the opening night feature, Clem improved five spots to place 4th behind Kyle Bronson, Walker Arthur, and Logan Roberson with Nick Hoffman coming in 5th.

1The following night, Clem laid down the second fastest time overall in qualifying positioning him 2nd on the starting grid for the A-Main. With $2,000 on the line, Tyler dropped three positions notching a 5th place finish behind Nick Hoffman, Jake Knowles, Devin Dixon, and Kyle Bronson.

For the final round of the Bubba Army Winternationals on Saturday, Tyler secured his spot into the $10,000-to-win finale with a 10-lap heat race victory. Jumping out to the lead early, Clem held the top spot for the first 24 circuits until Kyle Bronson slipped by. February 16, 2019 - Big Frog Motorsports Follows Speedweeks to VSP
1Monday night brought Ivedent Lloyd Jr. and the Big Frog Motorsports team to Volusia Speedway Park (Barberville, Florida) for the 48th annual DIRTcar Nationals. In a field of 42 cars, Lloyd Jr. dropped two spots in his heat logging a 10th place outing. Needing a 3rd place finish or better to make the opening night feature, Ivedent improved four cars to place 8th but fell short of a transfer position.

1After losing Tuesday’s event to Mother Nature, Ivedent fell one spot short of a transfer position in his heat on Wednesday with a 5th place finish. Grabbing the 3rd and final transfer spot in his B-Main, Lloyd Jr. earned the 21st-starting position for the $10,000-to-win A-Main. Dropping five spots in the 50-lap affair, Ivedent Lloyd Jr. logged a 26th place outing.

February 9, 2019 - Lloyd Jr. Attends WoO Opener at Screven Motor Speedway
Ivedent Lloyd Jr. returned to action at on Friday night at Screven Motor Speedway (Sylvania, Georgia) for the World of Outlaws Morton Buildings Late Model Series season opener. February 2, 2019 - Ivedent Lloyd Jr. Kicks Off 2019 Season for Big Frog Motorsports
1On Friday evening Big Frog Motorsports and Ivedent Lloyd Jr. invaded Golden Isles Speedway (Brunswick, Georgia) for the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series (LOLMDS) season opener. Drawing 42 cars for the two-day Super Bowl of Racing, Lloyd was an early retiree from his heat race after running into right-front suspensions problem. Starting on the tail of his B-Main for another shot at the opening night feature, Ivedent logged a 13th place outing.

Returning on Saturday night, Ivedent recorded an 8th place finish in his heat giving him one final shot at the $12,000-to-win finale with a B-Main appearance. Needing to place in the Top 3, Lloyd Jr. failed to make it out for his 12-lap consolation event.

December 26, 2018 - Big Frog Motorsports Records Two Win 2018 Season
With a handful of drivers hopping behind the wheel of the M&W Transport #58 Rocket Chassis/ Clements Racing Engines Inc. Super Late Model during the 2018 season, the team recorded two wins in 39 starts. With the weather determining the outcome of nine of their scheduled dates, Big Frog Motosports tallied 20 Top-10 outings and 11 Top-5 finishes.

November 3, 2018 - McIntosh Attends World Finals at Charlotte
1Thursday night saw Donald McIntosh return to action at the Dirt Track at Charlotte (Concord, North Carolina) kicking off the 12th annual World of Outlaws Craftsman Late Model Series World Finals. Drawing 76 cars for a round of qualifying, McIntosh recorded the 28th fastest time in his group locking him into the 10th-starting position for his heat on Friday. With bad weather predicted, the team decided to sit out Friday’s program and prepare for Saturday.

Returning on Saturday, McIntosh followed up the 17th fastest time in his group with a 6th place finish in his heat. Needing a 2nd place finish or better in his B-Main to make the $12,000-to-win finale, Donald fell three spots short with a 5th place finish.

October 13, 2018 - 21st Place Finish in World 100 Prelim at Eldora Speedway
1Donald McIntosh returned to Eldora Speedway (Rossburg, Ohio) on Saturday morning for the rescheduled World 100. With a stout field of 78 Super Late Models on hand,  Donald came up one spot short of a transfer position in his heat with a 5th place finish. Transferring into the B-Main, McIntosh landed a runner-up finish behind Zack Dohm positioning him 20th on the starting grid for the $10,000-to-win preliminary feature. Losing one spot in the 25-lap affair, Donald McIntosh registered a 21st place outing.

September 29, 2018 - Clem Bags Podium Finish in Chuck Scott Tribute at GIS
1Saturday night brought Tyler Clem to Golden Isles Speedway (Brunswick, Georgia) powering the Big Frog Motorsports #58 Crate Late Model for the Chuck Scott Tribute. In a field of 15 cars, Clem registered the fastest time overall in qualifying locking him into the pole position for the feature. Dropping two spots in the 30-llap affair, Tyler scored a 3rd place finish behind Rhett Carter and Kyle Vansickle with Mark Whitener and John Baker completing the Top-5 finishers.

September 6, 2018 - Donald McIntosh Powers Big Frog Ride at Eldora
1On Thursday evening Donald McIntosh and Big Frog Motorsports made the trek to Eldora Speedway (Rossburg, Ohio) for the 48th annual World 100. Drawing a stout field of 101 Super Late Models for a pair of preliminary features, McIntosh came up one spot short of a transfer position in his heat with a 5th place finish. Needing a 2nd place finish or better in his B-Main to make the $10,000-to-win A-Main, Donald recorded a 6th place outing.

Friday and Saturday's program was postponed by Mother Nature to October 12th and 13th.
